The End of the Beginning

Apologies to those of you who frequently visit this site or have subscribed to the RSS feed - updates have been few and far between lately, and there's a very good reason for this.
After four years of running own business, I've decided to wind down FME Design. Life has changed greatly for me over the past year, and it seems only apt that I begin a new chapter in my life. I'll decline to go into specifics here, but the main factor in stopping now is my motivation levels, which have dipped alarmingly over the past six months. I no longer have the desire or strength to run a business on my own, and will be seeking full-time employment from the end of June. The plan is to move back to the southeast and look for web work in London, and then move into the Big Smoke itself. Yep, I don't do things by halves.
I'll keep the site live for a while - looking at my stats, it seems that the MySpace CSS article is by far and away the most read piece on the site, so hopefully people will find that and the other articles here useful.
All that's left for me to say is adios for now, and who knows, maybe FME Design will be resurrected in a phoenix-like fashion in the next few years?
